As we all know, there is a steep worldwide economic downturn at present, however, we see very little evidence so far to suggest this will have a detrimental affect on our rental returns.
Judging by the enquiries we have received over the past three months, we can justifiably claim that business is excellent and there to be grabbed for anyone willing to market their property and complete the booking transactions in an efficient, positive and professional manner.
We would love to add your property to our rental site, at absolutely no expense to yourselves. The only input we ask from you, is to send us some good quality, preferably high resolution photographs and to agree the weekly rental cost (we add 15% commission to your agreed rate) bearing in mind we do not want to push the cost too high and become uncompetitive with other owners and agents chasing the same potential booking.
Our fee is deducted from the basic net rental and does not affect the pool heating or 13% tax which is forwarded to you for payment. We handle the guests completely, through the initial phone calls and preparing and sending all the correspondence, we collect and process the initial 25% deposit booking fee. We forward you a booking contract and half of the deposit collected. We notify the guest 12 weeks before travel of the balance outstanding and again collect and process this payment. We then forward the balance to yourselves 8 weeks before travel and send the guests the property address, entry codes, management contact details, etc.
At no time do you have to get involved with the guests, we do all the work for you, all you need do is notify your management company of the guests arrival and receive your payments directly from us. We also collect a security deposit from the guests and hold it on your behalf.
